SALE OF LIQUOR:

Under the Liquor Control Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 ( Penalty exceeds $7000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive Liquor the penalty exceeds $600.

Please ensure the recipient is aged over 18 years and available to receive the delivery.

OUT OF STOCKS/ ITEM SUBSTITUTION:

Whilst we do our best to keep our website up to date with stock levels occasionally there can be out of stocks.

Little Gift Project reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily out of stock with a product of equal or greater value and quality.

You will be advised if a replacement product is used.

 

RETURNS:

Little Gift Project cannot exchange or refund for change of mind however if you have received something different to what you ordered or it is deemed faulty please email hello@littlegiftproject.com.au with photos and we are happy to exchange or refund your item. 

 

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS:

All the products included in our gift boxes are made and packaged by third parties. We reserve the right to not be held responsible for any circumstance regarding these products.
